Tom & the entire team were great to work with! We've used them for 2 separate projects: a kitchen renovation and an in-law addition. From start to finish, Tom was very helpful, accommodating and always responsive. He addressed all of our questions and concerns. The various teams involved with the project were all experts and easy to work with. Throughout the process, Tom provided valuable suggestions. We highly recommend Rasinski Construction for your next project.

Tom and his team are absolutely wonderful! We did a complete renovation of our beach house and I could not have asked for a better experience working with Rasinski Construction. Tom was there every step of the way to help our family achieve our dream home. Tom and his team were reliable, honest, and always responded promptly to any questions I may have had throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tom and his team for any job you need. They are the best!

Wow! Tom and Associates restored our faith that there are still trustworthy, professional and talented individuals who do what they are hired for at the price quoted. We delt with many contractors in the past in our previous, nearly 300 year old house, which left us truly paranoid about hiring "contractors". Not only did Rasinski Construction provide quality finishes, great input on design choices and prompt attention when unforseen issues poped up but they did it all when we had serious personal health curveballs thrown our way and we couldn't be on site very much. He should charge for peace of mind. All of his sub-contractors were respectful of our time and restraints while accommodating us continuously. Paul oversaw the whole renovation professionally; Tom truly has a Team to be proud of! We appreciated Tom's calm, thoughtful approach when we needed to problem solve. We will always reccomend Rasinski Construction to anyone who wants a quality job done right. We would like to thank Tom for turning this previously outdated house - with many issues - into a beautuful, updated and comfortable home we now love! Thank you Team Rasinski!

It took a long time to find the right contractor. We interviewed several but the search was over when we consulted with Tom Rasinski of Rasinski Construction LLC. There are some traits that are non-negotiable when trusting someone to work on your home. They need to be open to ideas, patient when questions come up or changes need to be made. They must be communicative and responsive - great at keeping to their scheduled timeline, and if any issues come up - quick to find a solution. They should have experienced, professional and knowledgable subcontractors (friendly is always a plus!). Above all, there should be quality craftsmanship. Rasinski Construction ticks all these boxes (with a sense of humor and a love a dogs to boot)! Such a pleasure to deal with Tom and his team. We're looking forward to the next project with them.

I used Rasinski Construction to install several exterior doors and install some crown molding on existing kitchen cabinets. They were recommended by the owner of the door supply company, so I had no idea what to expect. Tom was very professional from the minute he arrived to give an estimate, which was in a matter of days from when I first called. The work was scheduled promptly once the material arrived, and Tom's crew (led by Paul) did an excellent job and were very professional the entire time they were at my house. They also did a great job of protecting the floors and cleaning up after they were finished. In this day of post-COVID contractors, so many of them are underqualified or book more work than they can handle, on top of price gouging the customers, or taking deposits and never completing the work. Tom was a breath of fresh air, as his price was fair, he was honest, and the quality of work was exceptional. Im glad they were recommended to me as I will reach out to Tom first when I do some larger projects, and I would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation.

Highly recommend Tom and his team! They finished our basement and handled everything from framing to Sheetrock, electrical, plumbing and feature walls. Tom was extremely communicative so we always knew what was happening and when. His and his team’s attention to detail is unparalleled and results in super high quality. He is also very personable and clearly treats his crew with respect. We can’t wait to work with him again!
