Outdoor Living Space Project in Colts Neck, NJ

Rasinski Construction handled the creation of an 800 square foot covered pavilion, the addition of a new extra bathroom, and coordinating the schedule of the hardscaping, landscaping, and audio/visual installs near a new inground pool in this backyard oasis.

This Pavilion Provides Multiple Outdoor Living Areas

Jersey summers can be just as hot as a tropical island, and it can take more than a new inground pool to cool things off. Multiple overhead fans installed in this 800 square foot pavilion help keep bugs away and provide a breeze on hot days. Multi-zones were created for entertaining, including an outdoor kitchen space along with seating and eating areas.

The outdoor kitchen area includes plenty of workspace, a full-size grill and even a pizza oven for some custom pies.

IIIIn cooler nights, including the fall, this family can enjoy the wood burning fireplace with a gas log starter. Every stone used for the fireplace and column piers were shaped by masons for a perfect fit and a completely custom look!

Sound System

We also hooked up a sound system that surrounds the yard and is operated via a digital device.

New Bathroom with Easy Access to Outdoor Living Area

To help complete this project, a new bathroom was installed in the 4^th garage bay which has access to the rear patio for all the swimmers to access it this summer.
